Inu - Illustrated dog mini stationery set

A mini Japanese stationery set with illustrated dogs

This mini washi paper stationery set features several dog breeds (poodle, dachshund, dalmatian, bichon, fox-like red dog...), illustrated in shades of gray, red, and white on a cream background, with matching envelopes.

Its small size and writing lines make it a mini letter-writing set that is easy to tuck into a card, package, or gift bag. Perfect for a quick note as well as a more complete letter!

A miniature format in Mino washi paper, rakusuishi technique

The set includes 20 lined sheets (135 x 85 mm) and 5 envelopes (142 x 92 mm).

The paper, produced in the Mino region (Gifu), one of the most renowned Japanese regions for the traditional manufacturing of washi, is crafted using the rakusuishi ("water-laid paper") technique, which gives it a lace-like, openwork, and translucent appearance.

Its Japanese name, "Otegami Sanpo" ("epistolary walk"), well encapsulates its spirit: a format designed for light correspondence, to take anywhere or to give as a small gesture.
