A washi lamp with fans and cherry blossoms, on a pink background
This chiyogami paper combines Japanese fans (ougi) with pink and white sakura branches on a pastel pink background. Each fan contains its own pattern: waves, diamonds, hexagons, small flowers, in a palette of red, gold, and olive green.
A lamp handmade in France
The paper is cut and assembled by hand in our workshop to become a cylindrical lampshade.
When lit, the light passes through the washi and highlights every detail of the pattern: the fans, the petals, and the gold touches.
